Bacary Goudiaby started out as Project Manager and Advisor to the Mayor of Lyon for over 12 years. After these years within the local authority, he joined an international trading and lobbying society where he was able to implement negotiation and lobbying strategies for companies in various sectors such as the agri-food industry, trade sectors, economic development and sustainable development.
His experience led him to become specialized in international project management. Today he runs “Arendoor International” a consulting business specializing in public affairs, international project engineering and development and strategy consulting.
Goudiaby is a man who stands out for his ambitions and his sense of innovation..
Thanks to his experience in the International Cooperation sector that the graduate of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, of Saint-James College (Cambridge United Kingdom) in International Relations, Administration Management and Cultural Business, journalism and Local Development Engineering cut his teeth in the representations of the European Union.
He was director of a radio station in Lyon for almost twenty years. In 2015, he tried new challenges in the world of entrepreneurship. Then he organized the first “African Economic and Consular Days in Lyon” (AECDL Lyon) in 2017. Another opportunity for him to promote excellency and African values in business.

He published his first novel in 1992 “Le Kankurang d’Allah” (Ed. Dedications)
Publish a book of poetry in 1998 “Rhythms and poetic fibers” (Ed. Dedications). February 2023, he was the first elected Chairman of the Senegalese Diaspora in France Society.
Successfully moving from local civil service, internationally through the world of media to entrepreneurship, Bacary was able to make his mark.
